We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Windows devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
3. The App is Free
BG Remover is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
4. Your Content
Images you process remain entirely on your device. We do not receive, store, or access any images you use with the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Updates and Termination
We may update or discontinue the App at any time. Upon termination of your license, you must uninstall the App.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
